New Borderlands 2 Info Now Available!

Many gamers around the world have fallen in love with the Borderlands series. However, this year, developer for Borderlands 2, Gearbox is going to take the series to a new level. There are many new weapons, game mechanics, online improvements and more in Borderlands 2. One of the things that many players will be excited about is the return of four player online co-op play. Throughout the lifespan of the first Borderlands co-op play has been one of the highlights of the game itself. No matter whether you’re just messing around with your friends or trying to beat the game’s storyline, you always had a great time in the first Borderlands.

Gearbox is also promising a completely new storyline with even more characters, quests, loot and weapons than the first installment in the Borderlands series. This expanded story will be welcome to anyone who didn’t think that the first Borderlands had enough things to do (however, only a select few probably have that opinion).

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the first Borderlands was weapon customization. While the first game had lots of choices of different weapon attachments and enhancements, Gearbox is going to be adding many more ways to customize your weapons in Borderlands 2! In fact, Gearbox says that there are so many different ways to customize your weapons in Borderlands 2 that it would take a very long time to run out of options.

One of the additions to Borderlands 2 that many people are excited about is the new class known as the “Gunzerker”. The “Gunzerker” is said to be the successor to Brick from the first Borderlands. However, the “Gunzerker” has a few new abilities that Brick never dreamed of. Two of his abilities were released last year. The first one is the ability to increase the accuracy of any gun the longer its trigger is held. The second one is the ability increase the damage of any weapons the “Gunzerker” is dual wielding.
